What You Will Do

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges,



offering trusted advice and ensuring the People strategy directly supports the business unit's goals.

Organizational Design & Change Management:

Lead structural design efforts, team sizing evaluations, and organizational optimization initiatives, while guiding leadership and teams through subsequent structural evolutions to ensure high alignment and minimize operational disruption.

Talent Growth & Succession Planning:

Own and drive frameworks for critical talent identification, high‑potential development programs, and robust succession planning for key leadership roles to encourage long‑term internal mobility.

Performance Culture:

Lead the performance review architecture within the assigned areas, coaching managers on goal‑setting, continuous feedback, and development planning to sustain a high‑performance culture.

HR Metrics & Predictive Insights:

Leverage People Analytics to diagnose organizational health, identify retention risk
