In a fast-scaling environment with 60+ engineers and multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across integral locations, you will bridge IT Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and HR with a strong execution mindset.You will play a key role in removing operational friction, orchestrating a large-scale hiring ramp-up, andoptimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of our global engineering teams. Working closely with IT Heads and central Chief of Staff functions, you will ensure operational excellence,



transparency, and alignment across the Tech organization.YOUR CHALLENGETalent Orchestration & Hiring PipelineActing as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT Leadership and the global Talent Acquisition team to accelerate the closing of multiple open rolesDriving the end-to-end hiring process, including requisitions, approvals and alignment with HRIdentifying and removing bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline to ensure efficient time-to-hireStandardizing interview processes across Agile Release Trains, coordinating interviewers, and ensuring timely and structured feedback loopsDesigning and coordinating a seamless global onboarding experience, enabling new hires to be productive from day oneIT Governance & OperationsPartnering with the central Chief of Staff function to implement company-wide governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics within ITSupporting IT
