Primary School Teacher (Grades 1–6)

Founded in 2025, Lumina Academy is a growing bilingual English-Spanish school located on
the beautiful Cádiz coast. Inspired by Waldorf pedagogy and informed by modern
educational practice, our vision is to provide children with a rich and balanced education
where strong academics are complemented by creativity, movement, nature-based learning
and meaningful relationships.

We believe childhood should be filled with wonder, imagination, exploration and a genuine
love of learning. Our curriculum places core academic subjects at its heart while being
enriched through movement, gardening, arts, handcrafts, music, dance, outdoor learning
and bilingual language immersion. We strive to nurture not only intellectual development
but also confidence, resilience, curiosity and social-emotional wellbeing.
As our school community continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced
Primary School Teacher to work with children across Grades 1–6.
