Your Responsibilities:
Handle

inbound calls

German

close reservations

sales + service

Assist customers with inquiries and booking-related needs.
Maintain a guest-first, solution-oriented mindset at all times.

What You Bring:
C2 level German

+

Advanced English
Experience in sales or customer service

, ideally in hospitality/tourism.
Residency in

Málaga or nearby

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
