Job Description:
Test Technicians are part of the Production Tests Team. Under supervision of the Production Tests Team Leader, Test Technicians are responsible for the test procedures update, and the execution and reporting of the board / equipment level tests.

Core activities
1.- Test procedures: For each verification test activity conducted at the board / equipment level, test procedures shall be updated describing the test objectives, test configuration and setups, instrumentation step by step description and success criteria. Test procedures are derived of Test Plan prepared by a Technical Manager.
2.- Test execution: Test technician shall have ready several jigs and tooling fixtures for test execution to be performed in collaboration with test senior technicians / test engineesr (first models until knowledge transfer has been completed)
Test execution demands high level of concentration and care for handling and operating the deliverable product. Furthermore, this work has to be done under tight schedule and, very often, customer pressure.
Some projects can ask test execution in double shift, during all campaign or partially. Therefore, temporarily, it shall be necessary to work in the evening shift / weekends.
Test technician is in charge of raising NCRs during board test execution.
3.- Test reporting: After each unit verification activity, a test report shall be submitted. Reports shall describe the most significant results, measured parameters comparisons vs requirements or allocations, and degree in which the initial objectives were accomplished.
The job allocation requested is in evening shift from Monday to Friday
