Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible
Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met
Target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets




Understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match Product solutions and marketing strategies
Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins
Drive revenue growth by converting leads from SMB companies into loyal customers
Convert SMB leads into strategic deals by guiding clients through the sales process and setting them up for successful launch of their first Google Ads campaigns

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Language Skills: C2 level of German and English
2 Years Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments
Strong ability to close deals with warm SMB leads by aligning solutions with marketing and business goals
Demonstrated capacity to work independently and consistently deliver results
