Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join the Proton Pass growth team, reporting to the Growth lead.



You will support the execution of Pass's growth strategy across both product-led growth (PLG) and marketing, helping drive activation, conversion, and adoption for our password manager consumer and business offering. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build execution experience across the full growth stack, from in-product experimentation to campaign delivery.
What You'll Do
Drive growth, acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives for Proton Pass — across marketing and product
Design, launch, and analyze in-product experiments (onboarding flows, activation nudges, upgrade prompts) in collaboration with product and engineering
Support acquisition (in owned and paid channels) by identifying opportunities, briefing marketing, and tracking performance against growth targets
Optimize conversion across landing pages, upgrade pages, and other key funnel touchpoints, working closely with design and content
