We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding existing strategic accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities across our last-mile solutions, including Home Delivery, Out of Home and Fulfillment services.
You will build long-term relationships with key customers, understand their operational and digital commerce needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added logistics solutions. Combining a strong commercial mindset with knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, you will play a key role in supporting InPost's ambitious growth strategy.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Drive revenue growth by expanding the business with existing strategic customers through new products and services.
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the current customer portfolio.
Understand customers' operational, technological and e-commerce needs to design tailored logistics solutions.




Collaborate closely with Operations, IT and Marketing teams to ensure successful integrations, onboarding processes and service improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and business performance reports.
Contribute to the company's expansion strategy by promoting innovative last-mile solutions across new markets and business segments.
Well, what will the requirements be?
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Commercial Expansion, preferably within logistics, technology or e-commerce industries.
Solid understanding of last-mile delivery solutions, including Home Delivery, Out of Home (PUDO & Lockers) and Fulfillment services.
