JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our growing Global SOX
Compliance team. This role will be responsible for operating as the Second Line
of Defense within the Controllership Organization, establishing and maintaining
policies and procedures that help monitor and enhance the company’s global
control environment and support management (First Line) in the identification of
emerging risks. The Director, Global SOX Compliance Manager will be a trusted




business partner helping to design and optimize business processes and controls,
while also operating as the primary liaison with internal audit (Third Line) and
our external auditors on SOX compliance. The ideal candidate has a detailed
knowledge of SOX and COSO framework, strong business process acumen, excellent
communication and critical thinking skills, and an ability to collaborate
effectively across a range of internal and external partners. This role offers a
