We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager who will design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Design and implement compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market competitiveness.




Oversee salary administration, job classification, and monitor labor costs, including salary budgets and compensation-related expenses.
Manage headcount planning and reporting, ensuring alignment with budget and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Supervise payroll processes and systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Oversee time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate data collection and integration into payroll.
Ensure the accuracy, maintenance, and integrity of employee records and HR systems.
Manage the HR budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance and communicating relevant changes.
Lead, train, and ensure compliance of the team with company policies, as well as safety and environmental standards.
