As a Backend Engineer, you will work in one of the product teams by providing services and solutions that would help millions of users.

What You’ll Do:
? Solve Complex Challenges: Partner closely with the team to analyze core problems and develop targeted hypotheses to address them.
? Drive Innovation through Experimentation: Validate ideas using iterative development and a "fail-fast" mindset to find the best solutions quickly.
? Shape Backend Strategy:



Collaborate with the wider Backend community to execute and promote key strategic initiatives from our roadmap.
? Enable Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure our technical solutions are delivered effectively and on time.
? Champion Best Practices: Actively participate in the Backend guild to maintain high technical standards and consistency across the organization.
