Key Responsibilities
Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.
Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.
Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
Follow established operational procedures for incident management.
Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information.
Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.





Technical Competencies

Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and prioritization.
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.
Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel or Power BI.
Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly in incident, problem, and change management.
Minimum B2 level of English required.
