We are looking for a People Intern to work closely with our Head of People and help ensure that everything across the People function happens smoothly and on time.
This is a generalist role with a strong operational focus,



while also offering the opportunity to develop progressively in hiring, culture and employee experience.

Your responsibilities ?
People Operations & Workplace
Support the preparation, collection and organisation of contracts, amendments, employee documentation, signatures and exits.
Collect and review monthly payroll variables before sending them to our external payroll partner.
Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, hardware, accesses and welcome packs.
Coordinate workplace needs, office supplies and recurring providers.
Keep People information, processes and checklists organised and up to date.
Talent Acquisition
Publish job opportunities across our ATS, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Review applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
