As a planner at Quatra, you are responsible for:
Ensure drivers arrive on time while minimizing kilometers and empty mileage
Analyze maps and travel times to optimize and review daily routes
Plan interventions and perform general route checks
Coordinate with drivers throughout the day and manage incidents in real time
Confirm visits and schedules with customers by phone or email
Negotiate with customers to increase the size or capacity of containers and tanksto improve operational efficiency
Maintain accurate planning data, contacts, and agreements in the ERP system
