We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive FP&A; Specialist to support our Finance team in driving financial planning, reporting, and business performance.

In this role, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making across an international environment. You will contribute to improving financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Assist in the monthly financial closing process and variance analysis (Presente vs. Budget).
Prepare recurring financial reports,



dashboards, and management presentations.
Support profitability analysis by business unit, product, customer, or region.
Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather financial and operational information.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency and automation.
Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Accounting. FP&A;, Controlling, Audit, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
Previous experience at a Big Four firm is considered a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
