We are looking to strengthen our Planning team and are seeking a Production Planning Lead to join us.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accurate translation of customer demand into the company's production plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate the validation of customer orders against contractual requirements, identifying and communicating any deviations.
Manage and distribute the Master Production Plan (MPP), including customer requirements and manufacturing completion status across all programs, providing a comprehensive view of production and deliveries to support decision-making on resources, capacity, and budgets.
Integrate customer demand into the company's ERP system and maintain the finalized production plan for MRP execution.
Proactively identify risks, analyze and escalate potential issues,



and define mitigation and action plans to ensure business continuity and delivery performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or similar roles.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Availability to travel.

Nice to Have
Experience working in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MRP processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
