The team you will be a part of
You will be part of the Sales organization, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical Support, Consumer Care, and other cross-functional teams to support the growth of Beko Europe’s HVAC business in Spain. The team is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and expanding the company's presence within the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning market.

This role in summary
The Key Account Manager – HVAC is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities within the HVAC market. This role contributes to achieving commercial objectives by developing account strategies, managing project opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include




Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners within the HVAC market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
Develop and implement account plans aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contract terms with customers.
Collaborate with distributors, installers, contractors, engineering firms, consultants, and developers to support business growth.
Manage project opportunities from specification through order completion.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and account reviews, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key A
