Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that brings together some of the world's most recognized outdoor and cycling brands. We are looking for an experienced, strategic and commercially driven Key Account Director Europe – Digital Sales & Marketplaces to join our EMEA Commercial team based in Barcelona.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing Revelyst's digital sales and marketplace strategy across Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand and Commercial teams to accelerate growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, optimize marketplace performance and deliver a premium omnichannel brand experience.

The main tasks of the position are:
The Key Account Director Europe will lead the development and execution of Revelyst's Digital Sales & Marketplace strategy across EMEA,



ensuring sustainable growth while protecting brand positioning and channel profitability.

Digital Sales & Channel Strategy
• Develop and execute the European Digital Sales & Marketplace strategy across multiple channels and countries
• Define the role of each digital channel throughout the customer journey, from awareness to loyalty and repeat purchase
• Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, pure players and omnichannel retailers
• Lead initiatives to improve channel profitability, distribution quality and commercial performance

Strategic Key Account Management
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with major marketplaces and digital retailers across Europe
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners to accelerate sustainable growth
• Negotiate commercial agreements, trading conditions and investment plans
• Balance marketplace expansion while protecting direct-to-consumer channels and brand equity
