ABOUT THE ROLE




The Plaza Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of operations within La Plaza, the main public area of the Fan Zone. The role leads coordination between Production, Operations, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Security, Partners, and suppliers, ensuring a safe, efficient operation and a high-quality experience for attendees throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases.
You will:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations within La Plaza during the setup, event, and dismantling phases.
Act as the primary operational point of contact between the various operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the management of La Plaza.
Coordinate the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the agreed planning, quality, and safety standards.
