ABOUT THE ROLE




The Food & Beverage Production Assistant supports the Food & Beverage Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of Food & Beverage operations across the Fan Zones. The role participates throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases, working closely with the Production team, Food & Beverage operators, and suppliers to ensure that all points of sale are fully operational and ready for the successful delivery of the event.
You will:
Support the planning and coordination of the setup of Food & Beverage areas.
Supervise the installation of bars, kitchens, furniture, equipment, and signage, ensuring they are implemented in accordance with the approved operational plan.
Coordinate with Food & Beverage operators, suppliers, and installation contractors throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases.
