ABOUT THE ROLE




Provide operational support to the La Plaza Project Manager in coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of this key Fan Zone area, ensuring the efficient operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment spaces, and public services, while facilitating coordination between suppliers, operational teams, and internal departments.
You will:
Support the Project Manager in the planning and coordination of La Plaza operations throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases.
Coordinate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the operational plan is delivered effectively.
Monitor the condition and operational readiness of facilities, including food & beverage outlets, bars, furniture, stages, public seating areas, and guest services.
Work closely with Food & Beverage operators, entertainment providers, and other suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of
