Product Manager –Payroll and Rewards - Your future role?

As a Product Manager– Payroll and Rewards in Vernier, Zurich, Budapest or Barcelona, you will oversee the evolutions and performance of Payroll and Rewards digital products and capabilities.



You will coordinate and lead the delivery of innovative and high-quality products. These products will be aligned with the digital strategy of Givaudan HR function and the company.

You will report to the HR IT Product Line Manager.

Your Main Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Define the product roadmap, in collaboration with main business and IT partners, ensuring understanding of our goals
Stakeholder Management: Understand the partner's problems to solve and translate requirements into valuable and viable solutions, addressing both functional and non-functional aspects (architecture, information security, GDPR...). Collect their feedback and take the necessary actions to maximize value and satisfaction.
