Role Overview

As Regional Hub Manager, you drive operational excellence and the strategic development of Travel Management across your region. You optimize travel services, platforms, and supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment with Allianz Group policies, sustainability goals, and financial targets. Leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights,



you continuously improve processes, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency. With responsibility for regional P&L;, reporting, and stakeholder management, you lead innovation and deliver measurable business value.

What You Do

Lead and optimize the regional travel platform and TMC partnership, ensuring high adoption, compliance, service quality, and seamless system integration.
Manage onboarding of Allianz entities and continuously improve user experience and platform performance.
Develop and execute the regional travel strategy aligned with Allianz policies and transformation goals.
Drive process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Build business cases and lead digital innovation across the travel ecosystem
Own travel data, reporting, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making.
