We are looking for an experienced Customer Value Manager
for the EMEA market
to join our team As a Customer Value Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to
- drive measurable customer impact across customer segments and use cases,
- accelerate the adoption of our products and
- ensure customer value realization.

You will blend deep product and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set and a keen interest in analytics and change management. You will work closely with strategic customers,



collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and the Product Team, increasing Customer Value and supporting the development of customer centric Products.

The ideal candidate has:
- Strong track record of 5+ years experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Value Departments in a Software (ideally SaaS) Company or a Center of Excellence
- Hands-on expertise in client delivery, project management and business development
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
- Skillful in explaining complex concepts with simplicity and steering data-driven value generation and decision making for our customers and our company
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and one more European language
- Excellent degree in Management, Business Information Systems or other business or Engineering related subjects
