About T-Innova
T-Innova has been building management software for sports facilities since 1993, headquartered in Barcelona. Our main product, Deporwin, handles commercial operations, administration, access control, and member management for hundreds of public and private sports centers across Spain and Latin America.
We’re part of Manos Software, a division of Valsoft Corporation, which gives us the backing of a larger group while we keep running as a focused, independent product company.
After 30+ years in this market, we’re at a turning point. The platform is proven and clients trust it, but the architecture needs to evolve to keep up with what customers and the market expect in terms of scalability, user experience, and release speed. We need a Tech Lead who can drive that evolution carefully, without breaking things for the clients who use the system every day.

The role
You’ll own the technical direction and lead the engineering team through a real modernization effort. The platform has a mature codebase and a large installed base,



with many clients running customized on-premise environments. This isn’t a clean-slate rewrite. It’s an incremental transformation that has to keep things running while moving the architecture toward something modern and cloud-ready.

What you’ll do
• Assess the current architecture and build a realistic modernization roadmap, prioritizing changes that deliver value without disrupting existing clients.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team. Set technical standards and build a culture where people take ownership of quality.
• Bring in automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability. Lay the groundwork for faster, more reliable releases.
• Identify and lead AI initiatives across the development process and the product. This means both improving how the team works (code generation, test automation, workflow tooling) and building AI-powered features for our clients.
