- Lead and develop a team of eCOA project managers and screen review specialists.
- Plan staffing and manage workforce lifecycle, including performance and professional development.
- Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory standards and SOPs.
- Provide training and guidance on eCOA implementation and migration.
- Prepare and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization with managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of eCOA platforms/systems and translation technologies
- Experience with TMS and CAT tools
- Ability to build effective working relationships with cultural and emotional intelligence
