PROPERTY & RENTAL MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER - HIGH END RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIOFull-time | Barcelona City CentreWe are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised Property & Rental Management Team Leader to join our international real estate business in the heart of Barcelona.Based in our office in a beautiful modernist building in central Barcelona, you will lead our property management team and oversee a portfolio of high-end residential properties, some of which are also available for rental.This is a hands-on management role for someone who combines outstanding client service with strong leadership, commercial awareness and excellent operational follow-through.THE ROLEYou will be responsible for ensuring that our property management department operates efficiently, professionally and proactively.You will manage relationships with international property owners and tenants while supervising, supporting and developing the wider team.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and developing the property management teamManaging a portfolio of high-end residential properties and acting as the main point of contact for owners and tenantsOverseeing the full rental process, from enquiries, viewings and applicant screening to contracts, check-ins, check-outs and renewalsCoordinating maintenance, inspections, property preparation and urgent operational mattersEnsuring clear, professional and timely communication with owners, tenants, guests, suppliers and contractorsMonitoring rent payments, owner expenses, reimbursements and rental-platform mattersAssigning priorities, supervising follow-up and ensuring tasks are completed to deadlineMaintaining accurate records,



documentation and client information in company systemsSupporting team training, service standards and smooth departmental cover during absencesBuilding strong client relationships and identifying new rental and property-management opportunitiesAbout youYou are a natural organiser who takes ownership and enjoys resolving problems.You understand that successful property management requires much more than reacting to issues.
