We attach particular importance to working in partnership with our customers and jointly developing tailored solutions from the initial idea through to implementation in the series production process.The hiring location will be one of our EU plants.Your Responsibilities:Creation, Implementation and Compliance with coating and notching standardsSearching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on high efficiently, cost reduction and standards creation and implementation.Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions)Product and tools designee and analyse in case of process feasibility and risk management.Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivityIdentify and resolve technical issues during offiline processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality,



and engineeringParticipate in continuous improvement activities and process innovationCreation of equipment technical specification.Support in new projects development with reference to coating activities.Manging of suppliers and customers communication with cooperation to program management.Supporting to the plants in case of problem solving operation with plant technical team and technical managers.Your Qualifications:Master's degree of engineeringMinimum 5 years of practical experience in coating or notching or other finishing processes.Working knowledge of CAD software for checking and confirming feasibility for tools and municative level of English (both spoken and written)Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindsetWillingness to travel based on project or internal customers’ needsStrong technical background in coating solutions.Other finishing processes will be an advantage.Team player with good communicationOpen to learning and adapting in a dynamic production environmentDecision-making based on factsCommon sense and perception of contextPlease send your application to general-career@
