Experteer Overview In this role you guide Sprinklr’s most strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale. You serve as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives and influence product direction through deep customer insight. You’ll own end-to-end transformation programs and establish enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel architectures. You’ll also mentor other architects and represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI-powered CX.Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own end-to-end architectural strategy for multiyear transformation programs
- Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel architectures

- Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global Solutions Architecture organization
- Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects to elevate technical excellence
- Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI-powered CX and enterprise architectureResponsabilidades
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments
- 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale
- Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning
- Proven leadership in multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures
- Strong executive presence and strategic influence
