- Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable financial systems (real-time balances, payments, FX, credit)
- Own end-to-end delivery of features from design to production
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions for rapid growth
- Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
- Address performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in existing systems
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing




- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering practices and processes
- Foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teamResponsabilidades
- Strong backend engineer experience building scalable, reliable systems
- Experience in payments/financial domains or high-reliability environments
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system design fundamentals
- High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability

- Ability to own problems and drive them to completion
- Good communication skills and mentoring mindset

- Background in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
