Job Title: Accounts Executive(German Speaker)Location: Madrid, SpainRequirements- Native or bilingual proficiency in German.- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.- 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.G., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).- Mandatory residence in Spain.- Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.- Availability aligned with US time zoneKey Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.- Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.- Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.- Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto‑assigned by the system.- Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and MRR generatedEligibility- EU citizenship OR- Valid work permit for SpainAdditional Information- Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on‑site in Madrid.- This is a permanent contract position.- Enjoy 22 days of annual leave plus 24-31 December discretionary days,

Monthly performance multiplier: Quarterly (31 Mar / 30 Jun / 30 Sep / 31 Dec): if the quarter average achievement exceeds 150%, the whole quarter commissions are adjusted with a 3x multiplier.- During Ramp‑Up, the multiplier is x1 until 100% of target is reached.
