Experteer Overview As a 1st Level Support Analyst, you will deliver frontline support for the trade-finance tools ecosystem and manage incidents to boost regional efficiency. You will work with ServiceNow for incident tracking and contribute to digitalisation and continuous-improvement initiatives. You will also train users on Dwings and assist with migration projects, while preparing activity reports for management and partners. This role sits at the heart of a European Trade Finance Operations team that supports multinational clients.Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Deliver Dwings training and assist with migration projects

- Good understanding of Guarantees products
- Systems and processes: Atlas, Operational Tools (EPS, Aval…), TDR
- Strong Word/Excel skills
