Sales & Admin SupportRointe, a leader in the manufacturing of electric heating products whose mission is to provide efficient and responsible heating solutions in the national and international market.This position is 100% on-site at our facilities in Santomera, Murcia.The role:- Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.- Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.- Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.- Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.- Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.- Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.- Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products,
