Description- Define and evolve the data architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology plan.- Design and implement the Data Platform (Salesforce Data 360), coordinating implementation partners, Olocip, and internal team.- Establish data governance model: quality, lineage, security, regulatory compliance (GDPR).- In-depth audit of existing solutions: data lake, golden data record, key integrations (SSO, CRM, ERP).- Generate technical documentation as basis for knowledge transfer.- Act as PM for complex data projects (Data Platform, Phase 4 of Data Lake, integrations with new ERPs).- Coordinate external suppliers and implementers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, knowledge transfer.- Support development of reporting layers in Power BI, establishing criteria for data sources and reporting architecture.- Lead or supervise integrations between data lake and core systems: ERP Finance, ERP Retail, Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.Qualifications- University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Telecommunications or a related discipline.- Postgraduate training in Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture or Data Management is an asset.- Azure proficiency (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent). Azure certifications (AZ-900, DP-203, or equivalent) are differentiating factors.- Solid knowledge of SQL and at least one data‑oriented programming language (Python preferred).- Knowledge of modern data architectures: medallion architecture, data mesh,



lakehouse.- Ability to audit third‑party code, pipelines, and integrations using own criteria.- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Marketing Cloud, Data 360) as a data consumption layer.Essential Experience- Minimum 5 years in data engineering, data architecture, or similar roles.- Demonstrable experience with Azure Data Lake or equivalent platforms (AWS, GCP) in production environments.- Experience designing and implementing data integrations between heterogeneous systems (ERP, CRM, digital platforms).- Experience managing or coordinating external data partners/providers.- Experience in Power BI projects or other BI/reporting tools connected to complex data layers.Highly Valued- Experience implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP): Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Segment, mParticle or similar.- Experience in entertainment, sports, retail or digital media sectors with high user base and fan/customer behavior data.- Led processes of internalizing technical capabilities.- Experience building or developing data teams from initial stages.Skills- Communication with external partners.- Effective communication with non‑technical profiles.- Ownership mindset: doesn’t delegate what can be resolved, doesn’t scale what can be managed.- Proactivity.- Results‑oriented approach in environments with limited resources and multiple simultaneous priorities.- Adaptability.Level of Experience (years)Senior (5+ years of experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
