Experteer Overview As a Senior UX/UI Designer for Growth at Lodgify, you shape the visitor-to-trial journey with high-end visual polish and data-driven design. You will craft high-converting landing pages, sign-up flows, and activation moments that accelerate user activation and growth. Working closely with Growth PMs, marketers, and copywriters, you translate behavioral insights into persuasive interfaces and scalable design systems. This is a product-led, experimentation-driven role that directly impacts acquisition, activation, and self-serve growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design high-performing landing pages, signup entry points, and activation moments that convert traffic into trial users
- Produce production-ready visual assets and specs in Figma for engineers
- Define detailed user flows, edge cases, error states, and logic maps as single source of truth for engineering
- Create tailored user journeys aligned with visitor intent to reduce anxiety and guide conversions




- Expand and scale design system with reusable components and design tokens for growth layers
- Apply Product-Led Growth frameworks to unlock the user’s aha moment before signup
- Conduct rapid usability tests and user session analyses to translate data into layout hypotheses
- Collaborate daily with Growth Product Managers, marketers, and copywriters to align messaging and visuals for fast experimentsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Hands-on experience designing digital products (SaaS, apps) and web design focusing on conversion flows
- Ability to own projects end-to-end without a separate UX or visual design handoff
