Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) at base maintenance sites, acting as the focal point for safety investigations and ESRs. You will collaborate with the Safety Department to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and you will translate safety data into actionable improvements. You’ll work across maintenance teams to identify hazards, track risk mitigations, and support continuous safety enhancement. This position offers impact across multiple sites within the Ryanair group, with a focus on enabling proactive safety culture and robust incident investigation.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Investigate maintenance errors and aircraft incidents tied to technical events
- Review and investigate events with potential safety impact for Ryanair and Heavy Maintenance operations
- Administer safety occurrences in the safety reporting system
- Prepare reports and documents; coordinate safety report responses with production staff
- Identify hazards,



support risk assessments, and track risk-mitigation actions
- Communicate safety matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop safety materials (presentations, newsletters, briefings, visuals)
- Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring, Technical Standards, Maintenance Management, and Maintenance Personnel to drive continuous improvement and safe operationsResponsabilidades
- EASA B1 or B2 Licence
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hold (or able to obtain) airport security clearance
