- Lead the global Operations gross margin framework across sites and regions
- Analyze cost drivers (productivity, labour, material, overheads, fixed cost absorption) to reveal margin performance
- Partner with Finance, Operations and IT to improve data quality and align financial systems
- Identify profitability improvement opportunities and support cost optimisation with measurable impact
- Develop and maintain global standards for margin reporting, variance analysis and governance
- Translate complex operational/financial data into clear insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support budgeting,



forecasting and long-term operational planningResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Finance, Business, Economics
- 8-12+ years' experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or gross margin management in multi-site manufacturing
- Proven experience partnering with Operations leaders to improve performance and profitability
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standard costing, productivity, labour, material and overhead cost drivers
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel, financial modelling and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with continuous improvement track record
- ERP systems such as SAP
- English fluency; Spanish advantageous
