Experteer Overview In this role you will shape a data-driven Diagnostics supply chain by defining the strategic vision and deploying tools that create a single source of truth. You will bridge IT architecture and business execution, govern global KPIs, and empower real-time decision-making across the division. You’ll lead the centralization of data sources, implement self-service BI and process mining, and drive change within a complex global matrix to improve efficiency, flexibility, sustainability and resilience.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead global change in matrix structures to foster data-driven decision-making

- Master's degree in a related field (e.G., Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems)
- 7-8+ years of experience in the Supply Chain domain with data ecosystem building and data governance experience
- Proven leadership in guiding multicultural teams and managing change in global matrices
- Strong proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems, Snowflake or modern data platforms, and Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Systems thinker with the ability to influence executives and translate complex data into actionable solutions
