Experteer Overview As an IT Production Specialist, you ensure data quality and accurate asset configuration within UCCM, performing critical controls and driving corrective actions to uphold compliance. You will advance the functional model and automate processes to boost reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across IT Production. This role offers the chance to impact platform health, control execution, and automation at scale in a trusted banking environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Execute the full UCCM control set and remediate exceptions via Service-Now
- Monitor platform health and ensure scheduled jobs complete successfully
- Validate Exchange, O365, and MIP configurations including labeling and DLP
- Develop and extend PowerShell and Python scripts to automate new asset types
- Produce ad-hoc dashboards and reports for IT and Compliance stakeholders




- Collaborate with Product Owners and Group teams to evolve central reconciliation toolsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- ITIL v3/4 Foundation and Microsoft Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals certifications
- Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Jabber, and Unigy; knowledge of compliancearchiving (Verba, AxsOne)
- Intermediate skills in PowerShell and Python; strong understanding ofAD/Azure AD
