The successful candidate will analyze client operations, identify business requirements and system gaps, ensure solution quality, and lead client-facing activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisAnalyze the client's business operations and validate that all parameterization templates are complete and accurate.Understand business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.Identify business gaps between client operations and existing system capabilities.Document requirements and functional specifications for the technical team.Quality AssuranceReview deliverables produced by the Systems Analyst and Developer.Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before delivery.Client EngagementPresent the system and project deliverables to clients.Act as the primary business representative throughout the implementation process.Take ownership of the overall business solution and project outcomes.Train end users on system functionality and best practices.Lead and coordinate the technical team, including the Systems Analyst and Developer.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor's degree inInsurance ,Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.Minimum5 years of experiencein theinsurance industry, specifically withinhealth insurance (healthcare).Strong understanding of insurance business processes.Advanced English proficiency.Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.Experience working directly with clients throughout project implementations.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading cross-functional technical teams.Experience delivering user training and system presentations.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
