Experteer Overview As Director, you will lead Spain Data Center Operations to enable dependable AWS services in the region. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and sustainability while scaling capacity to meet growing customer demand. You’ll oversee multi-site infrastructure operations, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and authorities, and shape regional strategies aligned with global AWS standards. - Drive safety culture and security initiatives across regional data center facilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with AWS general standards while addressing regional requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or related technical field
- 5+ years of people management experience leading large, diverse teams
- Proven track record of managing complex operational environments at scale
- Experience with capacity planning and infrastructure growth management
- Strong financial acumen with budget responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans
