Experteer Overview In this role you help maintain accurate financial records and processes within Freenow’s Finance team, supporting invoice processing, intercompany activity, and month-end tasks in a multinational setting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant accounting and timely payments, contributing to reliable financial reporting. The position offers exposure to IFRS/GAAP principles and a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Create and post intercompany invoices
- Control invoice approver workflow for compliance
- Run and manage payments

- Verify employee travel expense reports for compliance

- Relevant professional accounting experience
- Completed commercial education or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern IT systems
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision, Business Central)
- Ability to work collaboratively and quickly grasp new topics
