The Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules across design, procurement and construction activities. The Planner will work closely with Alliance partners, engineers, construction teams and commercial functions to ensure accurate, integrated and reliable planning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fully integrated project schedules across all phases of the works
- Interface with design, construction, procurement and commissioning teams to capture scope, logic and sequencing
- Maintain critical path analysis, progress updates and forecast completion dates
- Support short‑term and look‑ahead planning with construction teams
- Prepare schedule reports, dashboards and variance analyses for Alliance leadership
- Assist with change management, delays analysis and scenario planning
- Support earned value management and productivity tracking where required
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (or equivalent planning software)
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle phases
- Experience working in alliance, joint venture or collaborative delivery models (highly regarded)
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
