Financial Crime Prevention Analyst – temporary
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Analyst to join our Financial Crime Prevention Ops Team of the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.
Responsibilities
- Customer Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to ensure completeness and consistency of customer knowledge.
- Monitoring: Design, establish, and oversee a monitoring framework to ensure effective process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision‑making.
- Results Orientation: Positively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role with proven expertise in projects, monitoring, and reporting, along with CDD knowledge.
- KYC‑CDD Know‑How: Deep understanding of Customer Due Diligence regulation and practices.
- Education: University degree.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels,
with excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
- Data Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data fluency, particularly with Excel and SQL; experience with BI applications is highly valued.
- Problem‑Solver: Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to tackle complex issues.
- Organization & Resilience: Robust planning, organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills, maintaining resilience and adaptability.
- Results Orientation: Exhibit a "can do" attitude with a focus on achieving set goals, managing complexity, and thriving in dynamic environments.
