manage and resolve issues as required in the deployment phase of the contract.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategic Management:Act as primary point of contact for customer senior managementLead and coordinate multiple Project Managers across different EMEA sitesDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategiesManage stakeholder relationships and escalationsEnsure consistent service delivery across regional projectsLead customer engagement forums and feedback processesProject Oversight & Delivery:Monitor and manage project deployments from implementation to closureEnsure projects meet financial, quality, and contractual requirementsCoordinate resource planning for current and future deploymentsSupport regional delivery teams in day-to-day operationsOversee project costs and financial reportingOperational Excellence:Implement and maintain project management best practicesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety guidelinesManage International Trade Compliance requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiativesThe role includes temporary travel within EMEA to support Project Deployment for large, complex and General Sales AccountsQualificationsHold a relevant technical qualification at a high level in either a mechanical or electrical field3+ years of program management experienceExperience in critical infrastructure, data center, or power solutions industryProject Management certification (e.G., Prince2 or equivalent)
