This is a full-cycle outbound sales role — from prospecting and pipeline generation, to demos and closing. You’ll be shaping not only our revenue engine, but also our culture, processes, and customer relationships.What you’ll doOwn the entireoutbound sales cycle : prospect, qualify, demo, and close.Build and execute creative outreach strategies to generate pipeline.Work closely with the founders to refine the pitch, positioning, and sales playbook.Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers in high-turnover industries (retail, hospitality, logistics, etc.).Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Be a cultural builder:
