Working across sales teams (value chains), products and geographies, the team **coordinates strategic initiatives, monitors business performance, strengthens governance frameworks and facilitates decision-making** through close interaction with Front Office,
Product Specialists, Trading, CIB Coverage teams and corporate functions. Beyond coordination, the Management Office plays a **central role in identifying business opportunities, challenging existing ways of working and driving initiatives** that improve commercial effectiveness, organisational alignment and execution across GSS.
