Key Responsibilities Deliver post-sales consulting services for Cloudflare solutions Design and implement secure, high-performance architectures Lead customer engagements,



from requirements gathering to solution delivery Implement changes in customer environments and support integration Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and engineering teams Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and tooling development Idóneo Profile 7+ years in customer-facing consulting or technical delivery roles Deep knowledge of OSI protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP) Strong experience with Cloudflare or similar technologies (WAF, DDo S, API Gateway, Bot Management, SSL, etc.) Familiar with Ia C tools (Terraform), CI/CD (Azure Dev Ops, Git), and observability tools Any experience with F5 or Imperva would also be a benefit but not mandated.
