Do you thrive in complex heavy transport operations where safety, precision, and planning are critical? As Supervisor SPMT, you will lead and oversee self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) operations on some of the most challenging heavy transport projects in the world. You are responsible for ensuring safe execution, coordinating teams on site, and acting as the key operational link between project planning and field execution. You will work with one of the largest and most advanced SPMT fleets in the industry, supporting projects that move extraordinary loads across Europe and beyond.What You’ll Be DoingSupervising all SPMT operations during loading, transport, and unloading activitiesLeading operational crews on-site and ensuring safe, efficient execution of transport plansCoordinating the assembly, configuration, and dismantling of SPMT systems and auxiliary equipmentMonitoring load behavior, route conditions, and operational risks during transport activitiesEnsuring compliance with engineering plans, safety procedures, and project requirementsCoaching and guiding SPMT operators and supporting their technical developmentActing as on-site point of contact for clients, engineers, and project managementOverseeing inspection, maintenance,
