Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work or Social Education.Driving License: A Full Manual Driving License is mandatory.Note: For adult services, candidates will initially be offered Direct Support Worker (DSW) roles with the corresponding salary while awaiting CORU registration to practice in Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesCare & Support: Provide high-quality care to clients with various conditions, including intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.Children's Advocacy: Support children (8-18 years) in foster care, fostering a protective environment for their recovery.Assessment & Planning: Collaborate on clinical assessments and behavior plans to support individual progress.Development: Facilitate educational activities and social engagement to promote patient independence.Safety & Compliance: Document progress, liaise with professionals, and ensure the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
